All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We operate on a strict advance payment basis via our specified secure channels. No Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered. An order is only confirmed upon successful verification of payment.

We are committed to a delivery window of 4-8 business days within Pakistan. While we strive to meet these timelines, AJ Collections is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

In the interest of hygiene and ensuring every customer receives a pristine, untouched artifact, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We guarantee the quality and condition of every item upon dispatch.

AJ Collections is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
